1. LEGAL ENTITY & JURISDICTION

VFE is registered in:

• New York, USA: Users outside India are governed by the laws of the United States and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New York.
• New Delhi, India: Users residing in India are governed by the laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

Jurisdiction is based on the user's location at the time of registration. All disputes must be filed within three (3) months from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Failure to file within this timeframe constitutes an absolute and unconditional waiver of such claim.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You may only register or use our services if:

• You are of legal marriageable age in accordance with Indian law—18 years or over for women and 21 years or over for men, or as per applicable jurisdictional law.
• You have full legal capacity, consent, authority, and legal right to enter into this Agreement and provide all necessary details.
• You are not restricted by any applicable law or court order from providing personal information or engaging in matrimonial discussions.
• You provide truthful, accurate, and complete information without misrepresentation or concealment.

By registering for VFE services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; submit relevant information to us; and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony

If representing someone else, and/or registering on someone else’s behalf, you confirm you are legally authorized to act on their behalf and have obtained their permission.

VFE reserves the right to terminate your membership immediately for any misrepresentation, and all membership fees will be forfeited in total. Furthermore, VFE may proceed with legal proceedings against you due to the harm caused by falsification of information.

VFE is only to facilitate personal advertisement for lawful marriage alliance between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited.

3. NATURE OF SERVICE

VFE provides curated matchmaking services, including but not limited to:

• One-on-one consultations
• Profile curation and analysis
• Match suggestions and introductions
• Strategic guidance during the search process

While we commit to a professional and personalized approach, VFE does not make any guarantees, either expressly or implied, regarding:

• The quantity or frequency of introductions
• Mutual interest or compatibility between individuals
• Relationship success or marital outcomes

You acknowledge that the match mails or the match search results shown to you by the system are based on the partner preference details submitted by you in your profile.

You understand and accept that matchmaking is a process that may take time, and there may be periods without profile suggestions as the search is determined by your specified criteria

4. CONDITIONS OF USE

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Use VFE services solely for lawful matrimonial purposes.
• Accept full responsibility and assume all liability for the authenticity, legality, and accuracy of all information provided by you or anyone who is creating your profile on the website.
• Understand that VFE does not conduct any kind of investigation or check, including but not limited to a person's background, legal or credit status, or, criminal history.
• Assume all risks associated with meeting or communicating with people both offline and online.
• Take all necessary precautions to safeguard yourself against personal and professional harm.
• Not use VFE for advertising, commercial solicitation, or unlawful activities.
• Not use the services provided by VFE for anything illegal or to cause any harm to anyone, without any exception.
• Accept that match frequency and success may vary and are not guaranteed.
• Update your profile promptly with any material personal or professional changes and inform VFE of any personal or professional changes that might affect your eligibility.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Not engage in unauthorized framing or use of the website.
• Not use VFE to advertise or solicit any products or services.
• Not harass VFE employees or appointed third-party agents.

VFE has the right to remove any content that you have submitted if it is found to be objectionable. Violations of any terms may result in VFE pursuing maximum legal action available, including but not limited to civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

You further confirm that you, intend to seek a life partner and that you shall not use this website for casual dating or for any commercial use. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and use the service in conformity with all applicable laws.

If at any time VFE is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation, or violated any provisions of the Terms of Use, applicable laws, VFE reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

5. COMMUNICATION AND CONSENT

You authorize and agree to be contacted by VFE through email, phone, messaging platforms, video calls, or other means of communication for service delivery purposes. Since communication is an essential part of our service, you cannot opt out of receiving such communications during your membership tenure.
You grant VFE the complete right, without exclusion, to use and share your profile and information as necessary for matchmaking purposes. This includes:

• Sharing your profile and photos with curated potential matches
• Communicating with you and/or your family regarding matchmaking progress
• Forwarding your profile details to other members
• Posting your information on other media sites to broaden reach
• Using your information for promotional purposes (with consent)

VFE reserves the right to remove any content deemed inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive.

6. MEMBERSHIP DURATION AND TERMINATION

• Membership duration is defined in your selected plan.
• You may terminate your membership at any time by writing to VFE. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.
• VFE reserves the right to terminate your access immediately, without notice or refund, if you:
  • Violate these terms or applicable laws
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Harass or endanger any staff or members
  • Breach any part of this Agreement

Upon termination or expiration of membership, all access to your profile and related content will be revoked.

7. REFUND POLICY

All fees are:

• Non-refundable under any circumstances
• Non-transferable
• Payable in advance

By making a payment, you confirm that you have read and accept our strict no-refund policy. You agree that dissatisfaction, lack of introductions, or early termination does not constitute grounds for refund.

8. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All content that you submit to VFE becomes the property of VFE. We reserve the unconditional right to use, share, distribute, display, or promote such material as necessary.

All intellectual property on the VFE platform—including copyrighted material, trademarks, logos, designs, text, concepts, images, and other proprietary information — is owned by VFE and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or display any content without written consent
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our software, algorithms, or databases
• Copy, modify, use, sell, distribute, or publish any VFE content

Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the VFE service in a way that constitutes intellectual property infringement, please provide us with the following information:

• an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the infringed intellectual property;
• a description of the intellectual property work that you claim has been infringed;
• a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the website;
• your address, telephone number, and email address;
• a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the proprietor’s behalf.

Notice of claims of copyright infringement can be sent to us in writing on the email address mentioned under the Contact section on the website.

Any intellectual property violations will result in immediate termination of membership and legal action.

9. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS/RIGHTS

VFE has the right to refuse you membership without providing a reason, as VFE has certain eligibility criteria that must be met based on the information you provide.

Your membership is valid only for the duration of your subscription package unless terminated earlier. VFE may independently place matrimonial classifieds in newspapers or other media at its discretion if it believes it is in your best interest. This will be based on the information you have provided VFE and you are solely responsible for the information provided. In addition, VFE may contact other people who are either members of VFE or externally with a view to broadening the search, in an attempt to find the best match for you.

VFE reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members. VFE also reserves the right to take appropriate action against errant members but is not obliged to share such actions with other members, including complainants. VFE expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between the members inter-se

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VFE, its employees, directors, officers, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements) resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the website or Services
• Your submitted content or representations
• Your violation of any terms of this Agreement
• Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws, rules, or regulations

You shall be solely and exclusively liable for any breach of country-specific rules and regulations or general code of conduct. You may not disclose confidential information received from VFE without our written consent.

You further confirm that you are not violating any legal or personal obligation by providing the details sought by us and that you further consent and agree to our providing all the details, including but not limited to personal information divulged by you to prospective candidates and their parents / agents for the purposes of finding a suitable match / partner as agreed as per the VFE scheme / package for which you have subscribed, and that you will not make any claim whatsoever against us for using the information divulged by you to other prospective candidates and their parents/ agents as per the agreed scheme / package. VFE expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility whatsoever arising out of the information divulged by you while entering into our website and /or subscribing to our services and any and all liability that may arise in relation to the information divulged by you will be yours.

VFE reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with VFE in asserting any available defences.

11. DISCLAIMER

You are solely responsible for the safety and security of your account, actions, and safety in all engagements arranged via VFE.

VFE is not in any way responsible for any damage caused — personal, professional, emotional, or physical—as a result of your use of the website or your communications either online or offline with other members or staff. You should not provide your financial information (for example, your credit card or bank account information) or otherwise send money, to other Members.

VFE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of any member profile or match suggestion or any Content/listing posted on the website. All services are provided "as is" and "as available." VFE does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of services or results.

VFE does not assume any responsibility or liability for any illegal Content posted on the website by any Members, users or any third party.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• VFE's total liability shall not exceed the membership fee paid by you.
• VFE shall not be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the services, including, without limitation, damages for loss or corruption of data or programs, service interruptions and procurement of substitute services, even if VFE knows or has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• VFE shall not be liable for damages resulting from other users' actions, misrepresentations, or omissions.
• VFE shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the services, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other registered users of the services. This includes any claims, losses or damages arising from the conduct of users who have registered under false pretences or who attempt to defraud or harm you.
• VFE shall not be held responsible for information provided by members. VFE does not verify any information that is provided by members and cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate or false information provided by a member. As it does not control the content posted via the service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. Under no circumstances will VFE be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the service.

13. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please carefully read the VFE Privacy Policy before accepting this Agreement. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted our data handling practices.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SOCIAL MEDIA

VFE has a presence on social media and may promote its services by actively engaging with you. If you choose to connect your VFE account to any social network, your information may become public. It is important that you understand the Terms and Conditions of the social media site before making this decision.

The website may contain links to third-party websites or tools. VFE is not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or updates of these external sites. Links are provided only as a convenience, and their inclusion does not imply VFE's endorsement. Your interaction with such sites is at your own risk.

15. PRIVACY POLICY

Use of the VFE website and services implies full consent to the Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully before you accept the Terms and Conditions agreement. By accepting you are implicitly implying that you have read the policy and abide by it without any exceptions.

16. ACCEPTANCE AND MODIFICATIONS

Acceptance Policy: By using this website, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. Any use of the website implies the acceptance of the entire Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Modifications: VFE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use following posting of the updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
